第五届水资源与环境国际大会（5^th International Perspective on Water Resources and the Environment，简称IPWE 2012）将于2012年1月5-7日在摩洛哥马拉喀什（Marrakech）举行，由美国土木工程师协会（ASCE）下属的环境与水资源研究院（EWRI）主办。我院水资源所严登华博士为本次大会科技委员会委员。
