雷晓辉，男，1974年生，博士，中国水利水电科学研究院水资源所水资源调度室主任教授级高级工程师。主要从事分布式水文模拟、水资源调度与水库群调度等方面的研究。从硕士阶段开始就一直从事水文模型及水资源配置模型方面的研究，博士阶段重点研究土壤中水、溶质、热的运移及转化。2007年回国后，作为项目、课题、专题负责人，主持、参加了40多项国家及省部级项目；获得国家科技进步一等奖1次，省部级一等奖5次，二等奖1次；出版专著16部，其中第一作者6部；并发表相关文章165篇，其中SCI检索42篇，单篇最高引用次数达112次，EI检索34篇。

    Xiaohui Lei was born in 1974. He got his doctor’s degree from University of Tsukuba majored in water environment restoration in 2007. After that, he came back to China and works in the water resources department of IWHR as a professorate senior engineer and the director of water resources regulation office. Since then, Lei’s researches are focused on the operation of reservoirs and inter basin water diversions. He has hosted or participated in over 40 national/provincial projects and got 1 first-grade National Award and 5 first-grade Provincial/Ministerial Awards. Besides, 16 books has been published during the research, including 6 books as the first author. Furthermore, he has published 172 papers, including 49 SCI indexed papers and one of papers has been cited over 112 times.
